Setting up your occasion in Aldhway
In small settlements like Aldhway, occasions usually take place beside a tent or a wide courtyard or an existing building, and these spaces vary from site to site. A sound system needs speakers and a microphone placed according to where guests sit and where speeches or music will come from. The technician reviews a photo of the site and chooses the number of speakers and their locations so the sound reaches every guest without distortion.
Aldhway is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Al Quway`iyah, and settlements in the region are marked by wider spaces than city districts.
Choosing where to place the speakers depends on the shape of the space, where the tent is, the entrance and the natural ground around the site.

How we work
Three steps and your setup is ready
Tell us about the space and sound needs
Describe the space, a closed hall, a tent or a garden, and tell us the guest count and what you need: a microphone for speeches, a source for nasheeds or background music, by call or WhatsApp message.
We agree the right system
We settle the number of speakers, where they go and how many microphones you need, so the sound reaches every guest evenly without overpowering those seated close to a speaker.
We deliver, install and calibrate
We bring the sound system and speakers to your venue; the technician installs everything and calibrates the levels across the space as agreed, so you welcome your guests to a ready room.

FAQ
Questions about sound system rental in Aldhway
The number of speakers depends on how wide the space is and how many guests there are. Send a photo of the site and tell us the guest count, and we suggest the right number and placement for you.
Yes, the technician places the microphone where the speaker or singer will stand, and the speakers elsewhere to cover the guests. This depends on how the space is shaped and the distances, and the technician agrees the details with you.
Speeches need a clear microphone and a system that reproduces voice without distracting echo. Nasheeds and music need a wider frequency range and a stronger amplifier to carry the sound detail across the space. Tell us exactly what you need and we configure the system to serve each source.
Open outdoor spaces scatter sound faster than a closed hall, so you usually need speakers at several points rather than one central unit. Tell us the rough area and shape of the space and we work out the speaker layout that covers everyone.
Setup and calibration are enough when the source is steady, such as continuous background nasheeds. When sources change during the evening between a speaker, music and nasheeds, having someone at the mixer keeps the sound quality right. Tell us your programme and we agree on what suits you.
