Setting up your occasion in Ar Rayaan (near Rumah)
Events in Ar Rayaan and similar areas usually take place in wide orchards or open land around rest houses, and sun and shade may change during the day. The screen needs a raised position that ensures all guests can see well from where they sit, and protection from glare and wind if possible. A photo of the location helps us choose the right size and height for your land.
Ar Rayaan is a district in the Riyadh region near Rumah, and regional districts typically feature wide plots and open orchards.
Wide open land allows the screen to be raised high, but that requires strong support and wind protection.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Ar Rayaan (near Rumah)
We choose the position based on where guests will be, the sun and expected wind on the day of your event. Send a photo of the land and its direction, tell us the time of your celebration, and we suggest the best position before the date.
Yes, large display screens work outdoors, but they need protection from direct light and strong winds. Details are agreed based on the time of your event and the type of land. Tell us your celebration date and location, and we ensure proper arrangement.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
