Setting up your occasion in Naqa
Events in Naqa usually take place on wide open ground, in an outdoor yard or under a large family tent, and these spaces allow screens to be clearly visible from all angles. Display screens show photos, videos and live presentations and need a slightly raised spot away from deep shadows. The screen's angle is chosen based on where the sun and light will be at your event time, and a photo of the location helps us plan the best setup.
Naqa is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Arjaa, and such settlements typically offer wide open spaces for occasions.
The open land around Naqa allows flexibility in choosing the screen location, but longer distances may require extended power cables.

We agree position and number
We settle the screen position, height and number of screens if the space is long or has corners that block the view, so no seat is left without a clear line of sight.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Naqa
It depends on how many guests, their distance from the screen and the space. Tell us the guest count and the area, and we choose a size everyone can see clearly from where they sit.
Intense heat can affect electronics. When we position it, we ensure the screen gets some natural shade or add extra shade, and we ensure good air flow around cables and connections.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
