Setting up your occasion in Udakh
Occasions in Udakh and similar villages take place in wide open courtyards or beside tents, and in these spaces the screen needs a raised and secure position so everyone can see it from their seats. Ground may be uneven and subject to wind, so anchoring needs special care and deep foundations. Cables are arranged away from guest paths, tents and furniture. Send a photo of the site and tell us about the occasion, and we agree on the best way to anchor the screen.
Udakh is a village in the Riyadh region near Sajir, and villages like it usually have open plots and traditional tents.
Uneven ground and tents require precise positioning of the screen and secure anchoring away from tent ropes and poles.

FAQ
Questions about display screen rental in Udakh
We position it on independent stands away from tent ropes and poles, and in a spot visible from inside and outside the tent. Send a photo of the tent and site and we arrange the best position before the date.
Yes, we use adjustable stands and deep anchoring suited to the ground conditions. Tell us about the ground and send a photo, and we choose the best way to safely secure the screen.
The question is the shape of the space more than the guest count: a long room sometimes needs a screen at each end so the back row sees clearly, while one screen covers a square space. Tell us the rough dimensions and seating layout, and we agree the right number.
Strong natural light reduces the clarity of any display screen outdoors during the day. If your occasion is in a garden in daylight, tell us so we can discuss the best position to reduce glare, such as placing the screen with its back to the sun or under a canopy.
Connecting your content source to the screen depends on the cable and input that match your device. Tell us the type of device in your message so we agree what you need before the occasion.
