FAQ
Questions about generator rental in Al Yasmin (near Hawtat Sudayr)
Call us or send a message on WhatsApp with the type of occasion, the date, number of guests and the venue. Also tell us what equipment you will run so we choose the right generator and deliver it before the event.
Yes, we place the generator away from the seated guests in a safe spot that does not disturb them. The distance and exact location depend on the event layout and available space. Send a photo of the venue so we can suggest the best place for the generator.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
