FAQ
Questions about generator rental in Ash Shifa (near Hawtat Sudayr)
Yes, we deliver the generator to your venue before the event and set it up ready to work. Send the occasion date and location on WhatsApp and we agree the best delivery time.
The distance depends on the size of the space and how the guests are arranged. We place the generator where its sound does not reach the seated guests and in a safe spot away from water and dust. Send a photo of the venue and we suggest the best location.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
