Setting up your occasion in Al Madinah as Sina`iyah ath Thaniyah
In Al Madinah as Sina`iyah ath Thaniyah and similar Riyadh districts, events take place in modern halls or covered spaces with level floors and high ceilings. Large round tables are set in regular rows across the space, and each row leaves enough room for walking and service. If the hall is square or rectangular, we arrange tables parallel to the walls to use the full space. A photo shows us the columns and doors, so we suggest a layout that fits them.

FAQ
Questions about large round table rental in Al Madinah as Sina`iyah ath Thaniyah
Yes, we leave enough space around columns for guest safety and service. Tell us where the columns and entrances are in a photo, and we suggest a layout that avoids them and uses the open space.
Yes, large round tables are popular for dinners because guests face each other around the centre. Each table has a centrepiece, and they are spaced evenly across the hall to ease walking and serving.
It depends on the table diameter and the spacing you want between chairs. Tell us your total guest count and the hall size, and we work out the number of tables and the spacing so guests sit comfortably with room left at the centre for a centrepiece.
Yes, they look well in gardens and courtyards, but firm level ground holds the table legs steadier than soft grass. Send us a photo of the garden and tell us about the ground, and we plan the layout to suit the shape and the space.
The problem is usually not how many tables but where they stand. Parallel rows with cross aisles make the most of a rectangular hall and give every table a clear approach. Tell us the rough dimensions and guest count, and we plan the layout to fit the space.
