Tables for every occasion
The table decides how your guests sit and talk
Before the guests arrive, there is a question that does not seem obvious at first: what table shape makes the seating work? An event table is not just a surface for food. A long rectangular table gathers a family and makes serving easy, a large round table opens conversation between guests, and a low table creates a warm sitting that brings people closer. Choosing the shape before the count is what decides how guests move and how the space photographs.
The second decision follows straight after: what happens on this table? A dining table needs room for plates and linen, a buffet table needs depth for guests to pass along, and a reception table at the entrance is entirely different from a glass table in a display lounge. When you tell us the occasion and describe the space, we agree on the right tables and chairs, then deliver and arrange them before your guests arrive.

FAQ
Questions about table rental
Guests sit around a dining table, so the gap between it and the wall must allow a chair and movement behind it. A buffet table has guests standing and walking along its front, so it needs a wide aisle facing it and enough depth on top for dishes without crowding.
A round table needs equal space on all sides because guests sit all the way around it. In a narrow hall the side aisles shrink and movement becomes hard. A long rectangular table suits a narrow rectangle better, as it runs down the centre and keeps the sides clear for passing.
Illuminated tables make their effect when the venue's own light drops in the evening. If your occasion is daytime or in a fully lit hall, the table's internal glow will not show clearly. Lounge events, night parties and open-air gatherings after dark are where an illuminated table changes the look of the space.
No. A wooden table with a fine surface is often left bare so the natural material shows. Glass tables are left uncovered so their transparency reads. Dining and buffet tables are where linen completes the look and covers the legs. The choice follows the table type and the look you want the space to have.
At a round table there is no head and no foot, every guest sees the others easily and talk flows around the whole table. At a long rectangular table conversation tends to stay between those facing or sitting beside each other. That is not a flaw: a rectangular table suits a family meal where talk between neighbours is the natural pattern.
Sitting on the floor and rising from it can be hard for some older guests. If some of your guests find this difficult, you can combine a floor seating area in one part of the space with regular chairs in another, so each guest chooses what is comfortable. Tell us this detail and we suggest the right arrangement.
Yes, and it is common. Many occasions combine a reception table at the entrance with dining tables in the hall and a buffet table on the side. What matters is that each table has a clear role and that the sizes fit the space and the way guests move. When you describe the space and what happens in it, we suggest the right combination.
