Setting up your occasion in qabiea
Occasions in Riyadh region villages such as Qabiea often take place outdoors on open ground, which may be a yard, a family garden or a level plot. Tables are chosen by guest count and how they sit together, and the table's length and width decide how many sit on each side. In wide space you can arrange tables in one long line for dinner, or several separate tables for a social gathering. Send a photo of the ground and tell us your guest count, and we help you choose the shape and size that fits.
Qabiea is a village in the Riyadh region near Ad Dawadimi, and villages in the region usually have open ground for occasions.
Open ground means the table shape and layout are affected by wind, sun exposure and how the entrance faces.

FAQ
Questions about table rental in qabiea
We choose based on your guest count and how you want people to sit. A long table brings guests together for one dinner, and separate square tables leave room to move at a social gathering. Tell us the count and event type on WhatsApp and we suggest what suits best.
Yes, we can arrange different table sizes based on your space and needs. A large table for the main dinner and smaller ones for serving or sweets. Send a photo of the ground and tell us your preferred layout, and we deliver and arrange all of them.
Guests sit around a dining table, so the gap between it and the wall must allow a chair and movement behind it. A buffet table has guests standing and walking along its front, so it needs a wide aisle facing it and enough depth on top for dishes without crowding.
A round table needs equal space on all sides because guests sit all the way around it. In a narrow hall the side aisles shrink and movement becomes hard. A long rectangular table suits a narrow rectangle better, as it runs down the centre and keeps the sides clear for passing.
Illuminated tables make their effect when the venue's own light drops in the evening. If your occasion is daytime or in a fully lit hall, the table's internal glow will not show clearly. Lounge events, night parties and open-air gatherings after dark are where an illuminated table changes the look of the space.
