Setting up your occasion in Al Wasi`ah
Occasions in villages like Al Wasi`ah take place on wide open ground that may be near homes or farms, with no tight architectural limits on your choices. This allows for a large tent that provides shade and guest protection, or a raised stage that becomes the visual center of the celebration. But open sites may face strong winds or intense heat, and tent poles and stage structures must be firmly anchored. A photo of the site helps us suggest the right size and positioning based on ground conditions and wind direction.
Al Wasi`ah is a village in the Riyadh region near Tumayr, and villages like it typically host occasions on open ground with wide horizons.
Open horizons require calculating wind force and planning cable and pole positions to ensure tent and stage stability.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in Al Wasi`ah
Yes, a wide site allows you to choose a large tent or multiple canopies as needed. Larger space means more flexibility in placement and layout, but we need a photo of the site and guest count to suggest what suits you best.
We choose the site with least wind exposure if possible, firmly anchor tent and stage poles and use strong cables. Tell us the location and date so we advise you on the best and safest arrangement.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
