Setting up your occasion in Alwatan
Alwatan is a rural area where occasions take place on open land and wide spaces around houses. The large area offers multiple options, either one large tent or several distributed canopies. The stage is raised in the center or to the side depending on seating and layout. The cover type and structures depend on expected weather, occasion size and the site's nature.
Alwatan is a district in the Riyadh region near Tumayr, and rural areas like it span wide plots, scattered houses and open fields.
Winds in open areas require strong anchoring for the tent and stage, especially if the ground is sandy or soft.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in Alwatan
Yes, multiple tents can be arranged based on guest distribution and the space. Send a photo of the ground and tell us the occasion size and we suggest the best layout.
Yes, winds can be strong in open areas. The stage is anchored with extra bracing and strong ground ties. Call us and tell us about the occasion location so we choose safe anchoring.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
