Setting up your occasion in Fayad ash Sha`ra'
Occasions in small settlements like Fayad ash Sha`ra' take place on wide ground near the house or in an open area, and the space allows for a tent or multiple canopies and a stage. A tent or canopy marks where people gather and provides protection from sun and wind, and a stage offers a raised platform for the occasion's key moments. Choosing the cover type depends on the site's nature, wind patterns and nearby shade, and a photo of the site helps us suggest the right solution.
Fayad ash Sha`ra' is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Ash Shara, and small settlements in the region are surrounded by open, wide land.
Wide open ground usually requires strong anchoring of tents and canopies and a stage position that balances with the space.

FAQ
Questions about tent, shade and stage rental in Fayad ash Sha`ra'
The number of canopies depends on the guest count and available space. One canopy may suffice for a smaller occasion, or we use several for larger gatherings. Send the guest count and a photo of the site and we suggest the right number.
A stage creates a clear focal point and raises guests above the ground so they are seen clearly, but it is optional depending on the occasion's nature. At an open site, a stage helps organize the gathering and distribute guests. Tell us the type of occasion and we help you decide.
A tent is a closed or semi-closed space that shelters from sun, wind and cold. A Bedouin hair tent has open sides and gives a heritage atmosphere through its striped fabric and poles. A shade canopy is a lighter cover above the seating that gives shade without closing the space. The choice starts with one question: do you want an enclosed place or shade above an open seating area?
Yes, but the fixing method differs from soil or sand. A solid surface uses weights or a different anchoring method instead of stakes. Tell us the surface type when you describe the place, so we take it into account during setup.
If the occasion includes a programme on a platform inside a covered space, yes, many occasions use both. The stage stands at one end of the tent facing the seated guests. Tell us about the programme and the space so we agree on the right arrangement.
