Setting up your occasion in Al Khafaq al Jadid
Occasions in Al Khafaq al Jadid take place in wide courtyards, tents and shade structures. Evaporative coolers suit these large, open venues as they distribute air chilled by water across the entire space. The number and placement of coolers depend on the venue size, layout and where water and power sources are available. A photo you send helps us choose the best position for each cooler before the date.
Al Khafaq al Jadid is a village in the Riyadh region near Al Jilh, and villages like it feature open spaces, fields and tent settlements.
In open spaces and tents, coolers must reach water and power sources without long cables exposed to hazards.

FAQ
Questions about evaporative cooler rental in Al Khafaq al Jadid
The number depends on the courtyard size, shape and expected guest count. Send us a photo of the venue and details of the occasion on WhatsApp and we suggest the right number and best positions.
Yes, we deliver coolers to your venue and set them up with water and power connections. Call or message us on WhatsApp with your occasion details and location so we agree on delivery and setup.
Yes, in hot dry air as has in summer. An evaporative cooler works best when fresh air moves around it, meaning an open space or a tent with some open sides. In a fully closed room, humidity rises quickly and the cooling effect drops.
It depends on the tent area, the number of guests and how open the sides are. A large tent with mostly closed sides needs more units than one with open sides. Tell us the rough tent dimensions and the guest count, and we work out the right number with you.
Not always. Many units have a tank that you fill from a nearby water source and refill during the event. A direct pipe connection is easier for longer occasions. Tell us what water and power you have at your venue and we agree on how to run the units.
