Setting up your occasion in Al Wasi`ah
Occasions in Al Wasi`ah take place in tents, open structures, wide courtyards and farms. Evaporative coolers are ideal for these large, open settings as they distribute air chilled by water across the entire space. The number and arrangement of coolers depend on the venue size, wind patterns and distances from water and power points. A photo of the space helps us identify the best positions for each cooler before the event.
Al Wasi`ah is a village in the Riyadh region near Tumayr, and rural villages like it feature wide spaces, fields and family farms.
In rural farms and tents, evaporative coolers must be away from dust and connected to clean water sources.

FAQ
Questions about evaporative cooler rental in Al Wasi`ah
Yes, evaporative coolers are perfect for farms, tents and open spaces as they chill air with water and suit dry conditions. Send us the occasion type, space size and guest count on WhatsApp and we determine the right number and best layout.
We need to know where the nearest power and water sources are. A photo of the farm and location of structures sent beforehand lets us plan properly and prepare adequate cables and pipes.
Yes, in hot dry air as has in summer. An evaporative cooler works best when fresh air moves around it, meaning an open space or a tent with some open sides. In a fully closed room, humidity rises quickly and the cooling effect drops.
It depends on the tent area, the number of guests and how open the sides are. A large tent with mostly closed sides needs more units than one with open sides. Tell us the rough tent dimensions and the guest count, and we work out the right number with you.
Not always. Many units have a tank that you fill from a nearby water source and refill during the event. A direct pipe connection is easier for longer occasions. Tell us what water and power you have at your venue and we agree on how to run the units.
