Setting up your occasion in Qurtubah Sharqi
Occasions in Qurtubah Sharqi take place in villa courtyards, halls and open or semi-open outdoor spaces. The evaporative cooler takes advantage of Riyadh's dry air and cools efficiently in these settings. The cooler's placement considers wind direction, space size and where guests enter and leave. Having a water point and nearby power makes installation and operation simple. A photo of the venue lets us suggest the best arrangement to ensure cool air reaches all guests.
Qurtubah Sharqi is a district of Riyadh city, and city districts usually mix villas, halls and outdoor spaces.
Wind direction at the venue affects cooler performance, so it is placed to direct cool air toward guests.

FAQ
Questions about evaporative cooler rental in Qurtubah Sharqi
The evaporative cooler works on its own, but you may want additional shade or ventilation. Tell us the occasion type and venue size, and we suggest what suits your needs before the date.
The cooler is connected to water and power, so moving it during the occasion could interrupt cooling. We choose a location that cools the most guests based on the venue photo and seating plan you tell us about.
Yes, in hot dry air as has in summer. An evaporative cooler works best when fresh air moves around it, meaning an open space or a tent with some open sides. In a fully closed room, humidity rises quickly and the cooling effect drops.
It depends on the tent area, the number of guests and how open the sides are. A large tent with mostly closed sides needs more units than one with open sides. Tell us the rough tent dimensions and the guest count, and we work out the right number with you.
Not always. Many units have a tank that you fill from a nearby water source and refill during the event. A direct pipe connection is easier for longer occasions. Tell us what water and power you have at your venue and we agree on how to run the units.
