Setting up your occasion in Al `Awd (near Hawtat Sudayr)
Occasions in small settlements like Al Awd usually happen on open ground among farms, far from public power and without enough supply for lighting and equipment. A generator is essential to run fans, air conditioning, lights and screens, but it must stay away from the seating and tables. We choose the generator size based on the equipment you will run, and its placement depends on your venue shape and available space.
Al Awd is a small settlement in the Riyadh region near Hawtat Sudayr, and venues here are usually spacious and among farms.
The open venue allows safe placement of the generator at distance, but the cables must be protected from the weather.

FAQ
Questions about generator rental in Al `Awd (near Hawtat Sudayr)
It depends on how many appliances you will run (air conditioning, lights, screens). Tell us about the occasion and the equipment you need, and we suggest a size that fits your load.
The generator is set up and started before guests arrive. Maintenance and fuel supply during the occasion are agreed when you contact us with the date and venue.
Add up every device that will run at the same time: sound, lighting, air conditioning and anything else. Tell us the full list and we work out the generator size that carries that load with enough headroom to handle all devices starting at once.
Place it away from guests and circulation paths, ideally behind a natural barrier or a wall if one exists, to reduce the noise and heat it gives off. Send us a photo of the site and tell us where the seating will be, and we agree the best point.
A generator always runs outside the tent because its exhaust must never be inside an enclosed space. It sits outside at a safe distance and the cable runs in. Tell us the tent dimensions, its entrance and the site so we decide the right placement point.
