Setting up your occasion in Qurtubah Sharqi
Events in Qurtubah Sharqi take place in villas with courtyards or nearby halls, and the welcome starts at the entrance in either case. The reception table goes right at the entry and holds a guest book, a welcome message or a small gift. The size and placement depend on how much room you have at the entrance and how guests will flow through. Call or message us the type of event, the date and a photo of your entrance, and we arrange the best design for your table.
Qurtubah Sharqi is a district of Riyadh city, and residential districts like it often have villas and available reception halls.
The door direction, pillars and lighting at the entrance usually affect where you place the table and its shape.

FAQ
Questions about reception table rental in Qurtubah Sharqi
Yes, we can arrange flowers or other decorations as you like. Tell us the date, the type of event, the colours and the details you want, and we agree everything before the date.
The height depends on the type of welcome, how tall your guests are and what you'll put on it. We choose the right height based on the details of your event and venue that you tell us.
A cocktail table is narrow and tall for standing with a drink in hand. A reception table has a wider surface and a lower height, enough to display a guest book, gifts and name cards clearly without crowding the top.
It depends on the entrance width and how guests move through it. The problem in a narrow entrance is usually not the table width but its position: a table flush against the wall leaves a wider path than one in the centre. Send us a photo and we agree the best position and size.
Usually before the hall entrance or right at its door, because the point is to receive guests before they are seated, not after. If the venue has a lobby or an outer corridor that is the right spot; if not, at the hall threshold.
